Shannon McKewin, M.S., CF-SLP, is a highly skilled Clinical Fellow in speech-language pathology with a strong foundation in both clinical practice and academic excellence. She earned her Master of Science from Pacific University, where she was recognized with the Outstanding Student Award for both clinical and academic achievement.
During her graduate training, Shannon gained extensive hands-on experience in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation at St. Charles Hospital, working closely with adults facing complex cognitive-communication and swallowing challenges. She is dedicated to delivering therapy with a compassionate, person-centered approach, collaborating with patients and their support systems to create meaningful, functional outcomes.
Shannon holds specialized certifications, including Supported Conversation for Adults with Aphasia from the Aphasia Institute, and is a certified provider of SPEAK OUT!—the gold-standard speech and voice program for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. Her commitment to evidence-based practice and patient advocacy makes her a valuable asset to the field of speech-language pathology.

Allison Phillips
Allison is a speech-language pathologist (SLP) who has a diverse background in providing cognitive, communication, and swallowing therapy to people with a history of concussion, traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementia, ADHD, and complex neurological conditions. Her therapy approach focuses on using practical strategies in meaningful contexts to enhance life participation and satisfaction. She believes the greatest therapy outcomes happen from whole-person treatment and by creating partnerships with her patients. She feels that the greatest care must come from a team consisting of the patient, family members/friends, and related professionals. She works to give back the Central Oregon community by hosting a group for individuals with aphasia.
